Vavagina Monologue:
Hindi ko sana isasali ang recipe nito dito, pero dahil gusto malaman ng sexy kong opismeyt dati na si Fhebie, eto na po ang recipe:
Third World Fried Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo Chicken
vegetable oil enough for deep-frying
MARINADE:
4-6 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
5-6 pcs. calamansi (just get the juice)
3-4 tbsp. Mother's Best barbecue marinade
SIDE DISH/GARNISH:
1 carrot, peeled and sliced (dahil kulang na sa oras, I designed mine with the usual floral look...besides not having access to the best ingredients, kailangan ko pa riin araling mabuti ang art of garnishing)
METHOD:
1. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes.
2. Deep fry the chicken pouring in half of the marinade in the pan.
3. Turn chicken to cook both sides. Pour in the rest of the marinade when chicken is almost cooked.
4. Once cooked, remove from pan and drain.
5. On the same pan, fry the carrots for a minute and drain as well.
Serve with garlic, java or plain rice.
